1. Acceptance of the terms

Use of this website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website and its services.

2. Description of the service

The website presents EF Tech Solutions' software engineering and technology services and lets you schedule introductory or consulting meetings through an integrated scheduling tool (Cal.com).

3. Booking meetings

• Bookings are subject to the availability shown in the calendar and may be confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled according to the options provided.
• When booking a meeting, you undertake to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• A meeting does not, in itself, constitute any binding proposal or service contract, unless expressly agreed afterwards between the parties.

4. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, logo, visual identity, code and graphic elements — is the property of Elder Fernandes / EF Tech Solutions or of their respective owners and is protected by copyright. Its reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, you undertake not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the infrastructure, compromise its security or interfere with its normal operation;
• Make false or automated bookings, or bookings on behalf of third parties without their consent.

6. Third-party content and services

The website integrates third-party services (namely Cal.com for scheduling and Cal Video for the video call). Use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.

7. Limitation of liability

The website and its services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, temporary service unavailability, or failures of third-party services (scheduling, video call, hosting). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend, change or discontinue features at any time.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese law. The competent court for resolving any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be that of the corresponding district, with express waiver of any other.

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force will always be published on this page, together with its update date. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated version.
