1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Elder Fernandes (EF Tech Solutions), an individual, who can be contacted at ef@ef-techsolutions.com.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with the website, we may collect:

• Meeting bookings: name, email address, time zone, the date and time chosen and any additional notes you decide to provide when booking.
• Contact form (when available): name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and access logs generated automatically by the server for security and operational purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

• Scheduling and managing meetings with you — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request [Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR].
• Responding to contacts and information requests — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in replying to you [Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)].
• Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website — legal basis: legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f)].

4. Data sharing and processors

To provide the service we rely on suppliers acting as processors, processing data on our behalf:

• Cal.com (European instance, cal.eu) — the scheduling platform that processes booking data and generates the video call. Data is hosted within the European Union.
• Telegram — used to notify us of new bookings. The name, email and meeting details are sent to the controller's Telegram account. Telegram may process data outside the European Union.
• Hosting provider (within the European Union) and Cloudflare (DNS/CDN) — to deliver the website and protect the infrastructure.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Whenever a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area (as may happen with Telegram), it does so under appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, namely standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions of the European Commission.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: booking data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period after the meeting for follow-up purposes; contacts are kept until they are no longer needed or until you request their deletion.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website itself does not use marketing or tracking cookies. The Cal.com scheduling component may use cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to keep the booking state). You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Access to your personal data;
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restriction of processing;
• Data portability;
• Objection to processing;
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, where applicable.

9. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to booking notifications.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the services or in the law. The version in force will always be available on this page, together with its update date.
